SHIPPING POLICY:

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed after 1 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Orders are shipped via USPS with a flat rate and generally arrive within 2-7 business days after processing.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
Shipments to Canada are billed at current USPS rates and will vary based on your location. Please note that we only ship internationally to Canada currently.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only offer international shipping to Canada. Any import duties, taxes (including VAT), or other fees incurred once the shipment reaches your country are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. For returns, we refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@nanobondpro.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We address these cases individually and strive to resolve them satisfactorily.
